RECORDS: The Obelisk stands as a silent sentinel. It appears to be a massive transmitter carved from obsidian and light and emits a repeating signal. There are strange characters that flicker and flash on the sides. Its location is on a desolate dark winter moon of Ramune3-AE. Be advised, it also seems to have been made of radioactive material. Finally, there are four blackened titanium chains coming off of each side, at varying points of height. All of the other ends of the chains are attached to small cylindrical rods that are anchor like. These "anchors" are halfway buried beneath the shattered and torn ground, each at varying distances. The third and fourth anchor are the closest to the monolith, while the second is double the distance. Finally, the first anchor is the farthest, which seems to have the distance of anchor two and three combined. Two of the chains are detached from their anchors, their links broken. The unbroken chains seem to softly glow with a green and blue hue of light, which could be the radioactive material the Obelisk is made of. Its purpose is unknown.
